AperUpThese Terms govern your use of AperUp and the features available in the app.
1. App Store license
For the AperUp app distributed through the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies, unless additional terms are expressly stated.
2. The AperUp service
AperUp helps you plan aperitivos, lunches, dinners and special occasions starting from the ingredients you have on hand. Suggestions may include recipes, pairing ideas, playlists and practical tips for hosting.
3. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the use of your account. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Food information
Information about allergies, intolerances, ingredients, recipes and pairings is provided for informational and planning purposes. You should check labels, ingredients and food safety conditions according to your own needs. AperUp does not replace the advice of a doctor, nutritionist or other qualified professional.
5. Premium subscriptions
AperUp may offer auto-renewable Premium subscriptions, including a monthly plan and an annual plan. Some plans may include a free trial. Price, duration and applicable terms are shown by the App Store before you confirm your purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account under the App Store rules.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off in your Apple account settings within the timeframe set by Apple. Management, renewal, cancellation and refunds of App Store purchases are subject to Apple's applicable terms.
6. Availability and changes
AperUp may update features, content, catalogs and access methods to improve the service, ensure security or meet technical and legal requirements. Some features may require an internet connection or depend on third-party services.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AperUp in any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive way, or in a way that could harm the service, its security or the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
The AperUp name, visual identity, original content and app elements are protected by applicable law. Third-party trademarks and services remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Limitations
AperUp is designed as a tool for support and inspiration. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without any guarantee that every suggestion is suitable for every personal or dietary situation.
